You can order a brand new dress from any of the samples that are on show, if you require a dress quickly you have the option to take away the sample the same day. The choice is yours!
You are welcome to come and visit us anytime, and you do not need to make an appointment as we do not operate an appointment system. We are open every day except Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Please see our store locations page for opening hours. As we are an outlet, the prices can vary daily. Currently, we have prom dresses from around £85 to £599.
You will be met by our friendly team who will greet you with the warmest of welcomes. Looking for your prom dress is exciting and a big deal; we aim to make it one of the best shopping experiences you have ever had.
Our experienced prom dress consultants offer you a one on one personal service like no other. Firstly, we will explain how the store runs, you can try on as many dresses as you like, but we usually like to start with four, to see what sort of styles you are looking for. You will find we are not pushy salespeople; your consultant will help you get into the chosen dresses. She is very knowledgeable of all our products and will offer you fabulous advice that she knows will make you look amazing, plus probably chat with you too about all things prom!
Your personal fitting room is large and luxurious. Each room has a lovely, large mirror and a place to hang your clothes. Your friendly prom consultant will be there to assist you along with your guardian.
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, cash is also accepted. We also offer Klarna. We do not accept cheques.
We offer the full prom service, except that you visit your seamstress away from our premises. It’s straightforward and easy, there is nothing mysterious or difficult about your prom dress fittings.If you require a seamstress’s services ( it has been known that our quality dresses fit perfectly well without the need), we offer a full list of superb, highly recommended alteration services that we have used for many years. Remember if you are using these recommended services, you are paying directly to them, cutting out the middleman, and saving again. Some of these services are what the boutiques use anyway. This way saves you hundreds of pounds on the ‘hidden extras’ that many bridal boutiques may charge. If you are not in the area of our seamstress list, we suggest researching yell.com or wedding sites such as Hitched or UK Bride for a good well known and renowned alteration service. PROM4LESS OUTLETS cannot be held responsible for the alterations made to your dress/es, and we would always suggest you make your own inquiries for these services and costs involved. Prom4less staff can advise about alterations. However, the final decision lies with our customers as to whether to buy a dress from us, and we would only suggest doing so if you feel fully confident yourself in the advice given. These dresses are made specifically for you as per your order in your chosen style, standard size, and colour, and therefore we ask you to carefully read the following information. Once you have chosen your item(s) style, standard size and colour, we will ask you to confirm these by signing and dating (‘Order Date’) the ‘Order Agreement’. Only when the Order agreement is signed, dated, and a payment is received by Wed4less, will the order be accepted by Wed4less and entered into the ‘Ordering Process’. A deposit payment is usually half of the total order amount. When you have placed an order, made a payment and signed and dated the Order Agreement, this means that you have accepted the Wed4less Terms and Conditions and the Ordering Process has commenced. No changes can be accepted to the order after this Ordering Process has commenced.
SHADE DYE LOTS
We cannot guarantee shade dye lots for orders made at different times and from different stores. There may be a small difference in colour from the swatch to the dress’s colour when it arrives. This will be very minimal and slight.
SIZING
All dresses ordered are standard size and length; the dresses are not made to any custom measurements. Each dress has a size chart and size recommender beneath each product. For more sizing information, see here.
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
Once the Ordering Process has commenced, we will deliver your dress/es in to the store within 16 weeks after the Order Date. If you require a speedier service, we can offer a rush order time frame of up to 16 weeks ( no sooner) for a fee of £20 per prom dress. All delivery times quoted are approximate, we will always endeavour to honour these but cannot be held responsible for external factors that may influence the delivery date. Once the dress arrives in the store, we will contact you by telephone or email. Orders will require collection within 14 days of being contacted; unfortunately, after this time, the goods will be returned to storage. There will be an administration charge of £75 for goods to be requested out of storage. A form of ID and the original paperwork must support all collections.
SEAMSTRESSES
Prom4Less has a full list of alteration services should these be required. As the dresses are not made-to-measure, it is usual that they may require some alterations. Prom4Less cannot be held responsible for the changes made to your dress, seamstress advice or quality of workmanship, and we would always suggest you make your own inquiries for these services and costs involved. Prom4less staff can advise about alterations, however, the final decision lies with our customers as to whether to buy a dress from us, and we would only suggest doing so if you feel fully confident yourself in the advice given.
RETURNS ON ORDERED DRESSES
As these dresses are made to order in your chosen style, colour and standard size/s, we will not offer any refunds (unless the goods are faulty) or cancellations once the Ordering Process has started. Upon collection/receipt, should you have any concerns about your order, these must be aired to Wed4less within 7 days of the collection
We are based in the United Kingdom with six physical stores to visit, however if you wish to order online this is a simple process.
We offer one of the biggest selections of prom dress styles to choose from available in hundreds of colours. Each product has all of the colours and sizing information and a swatch icon beneath it, so if you feel you would like to order any swatches before submitting an order, click on this. These dresses are a made-to-order purchase ordered personally by you in your chosen style, standard size, and colour, therefore, we ask you to carefully read the following information. Once you have paid for your item/s, this means that you have accepted the Prom4less Terms and Conditions and commenced the ‘Ordering Process’. All orders are final; we cannot accept changes once payment is received. Once payment has been received, we will place the order with the production facility and expect to receive prom dresses in 16. We do not allow refunds of any orders unless goods are faulty, as your purchase is a made-to-order purchase ordered personally by you in your chosen style, standard size/s and colour.
Postage
Please note: Any dresses requiring posting will be subject to a postal charge.
Shade Dye Lots

Returns & Refunds on Ordered Dresses
Upon receipt, should you have any concerns about your order, these must be aired within 7 days of the collection date. As these dresses are a made to order purchase ordered personally by you in your chosen style, colour and standard size, we will not accept any returns, refunds (unless the goods are faulty), cancellations or exchanges once the Ordering Process has started.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
